Official Custer County criminal-record questions belong with the office that created or maintains the record. The routes below distinguish sheriff reports and bookings from court files and Idaho BCI histories. This is a private reference resource, not a county office, and it cannot retrieve, change, or certify government records.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.

Need an Official Record?

Direct each Custer County request to its official custodian:

  • Criminal records and rap sheets: contact Idaho State Police BCI
  • Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Custer County Sheriff's Office at 208-879-2232 or records@co.custer.id.us
  • Official background checks: order a name-based or fingerprint-based response from Idaho State Police BCI
  • Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
  • BCI expungement, shielding, or set-aside matters: use the remedy that applies and file with BCI or the court as Idaho law requires
